What is the subconscious mind?

The subconscious is the part of the part of the mind that stores and controls all our learnt behaviour and also regulates all the bodily processes that do not require us to consciously think

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is merely a very deep state of relaxation that allows the therapist to bypass the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious or autopilot.
